Although a medical professional, dance is her passion. Being a CLT

alumni (Children’s Little Theater) she started her training in Odissi

in CLT under the tutelage of Smt. Arundahti Roy, and continued her

training with her for many years. She also completed the Sangeet

Prabhakar Diploma in dance during this time.

Arunima is associated with Mayur, and Smt, Sukanya Mukherjee.

She is a passionate dancer, choreographer and founder member of

Shiva's Dances International in Cleveland in 2004 and later associated

with Ta thoi DC since 2016.

​

Currently, she is serving as VP, Clinical Network-USA at Indivumed 

Group in Washington D.C. She lives in Washington D.C. metropolitan

area with two beautiful kids & doctor husband.
